Creating email identities
Once you've verified your domain, you need to create sender identities. These are the Email Addresses from which your campaigns and journeys will be sent.
Here's how you create them:
Head to Settings → Channels
Click on Email and select the Channel Settings tab
Click on the Edit button
Select a verified domain, enter the sender email address, and the sender name
Hit Save
You can create as many sender identities as you want. But, we recommend sending emails from 1 or 2 email addresses only to make it a good experience for your shoppers.
